Awarded Toy Libraries Australia's Volunteer-run Toy Library of the Year 2022!

The Surf Coast Toy Library is a not-for-profit organisation, run for the community by the community. We provide a wide range of toys, puzzles, games and sporting equipment for the children of the Surf Coast Shire.

Members have access to thousands of toys that you can exchange as you would books at a library. Toys can be borrowed for a period of two weeks at a time. You can borrow up to four items at one time on a Single membership, or up to six items with a Family membership. Return and borrow toys as many times as you like! All families, grandparents and carers are welcome to join.

What does the toy library offer?
Children between ages 6 months – 6 years are catered for with:

• Toys, puzzles and games, toys which cater to your child’s specific interests

• Well-maintained and clean toys

• A family-friendly environment

• The committee volunteers are able to assist with advice on suitable items to loan

• An opportunity for you and your child to make friends in the local community.
